Once your ticket is confirmed, you will receive a PDF ticket containing your coach and seat/berth number. The conductor will verify your ticket at your designated seat after the train departs the platform.
For first-class tickets, seat numbers are not displayed on the ticket. Instead, seats are allocated and announced in the train chart, which is finalized four hours before departure.
After the seating chart is settled, you can find your seat details in one of the following ways:
1. View the printed chart near the compartment door.
2. Check the chart displayed at the station counter.
3. Use your PNR number to check your seat details online via the official website: PNR Status Check.
