The process of booking Laos Railways tickets is semi-automatic. While the system displays available seats, the booking process still requires human intervention. Our partner must go to the counter at the railway station, wait in line, and purchase the ticket.
As a result, tickets may be sold out within a short period of time. The system will continue to show available seats until we receive confirmation from the railway station that the train is fully booked. Once we receive this update, the departure will be removed from the system.
Since this process is manual, there may be instances when available seats are shown, but the departure is already fully booked by the time you complete your booking.
