A passenger can take luggage with the respect to the dimensions or weight, supposing that such luggage is not a threat to the safety of operation, does not bother other passengers, and is not an item excluded from transportation.
Luggage that cannot be place under or above the seat of the given passenger can be stored (with help of the crew) in such a place where it will not restrict the movement of other passengers.
