When tickets are booked together, our ticket issuer generally allocates seats or beds for all passengers in the same cabin. This is done to provide a more convenient and comfortable experience for groups or families traveling together.
However, this arrangement is not fully guaranteed, as it ultimately depends on availability at the time of booking and the configuration of the train. In some cases—especially during peak travel periods or with last-minute bookings—passengers in the same group may be assigned to separate cabins. This includes cases where only 1–2 people book all available seats with the intention of having a whole cabin.
While the railway tries to accommodate preferences wherever possible, seating is managed based on system availability and cannot always be adjusted after the tickets are issued.
