If you would like to cancel your Taiwan High-Speed Rail ticket, log in to your profile. You can review the cancellation policy, including the refund amount and applicable timeframes. If eligible, you can cancel by clicking the cancellation button within your profile.
This feature is only available if the ticket has not been redeemed at the station. Once the voucher has been exchanged for a physical ticket, cancellations cannot be processed through our system.
