This product is exclusively available to foreign visitors entering the Republic of China (Taiwan) for a short-term stay of less than 180 days or those with visa-exempt entry. It is not applicable to foreigners holding residency in Taiwan for purposes such as education or employment.
We and THSR reserve the right to cancel any discounts or deny ticket redemption if the eligibility criteria are not met.
To redeem the tickets, passengers must present the following:
• A valid redemption code
• A passport
• A recent valid entry document to Taiwan (e.g., visa, visa-exemption stamp, Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan, etc.)
