If you booked a shared trip with a pick-up at a hotel, the departure time will be the same for all passengers.
We hope you understand that the driver can't simultaneously pick everyone up from different locations.
Please be ready in advance, as instructed on your voucher.
The actual time will depend on how far your hotel is from the destination and other passengers' hotels.
We will not receive this information from the carriers. But you can usually check with them by calling the hotline on your voucher a day before the trip.
Some operators call customers before pickup. If they don't call you, please be ready as instructed.
If, for whatever reason, you were not picked up and you could not reach the carrier, please submit the call history and your location with time stamps to us, and we will investigate the issue with them.
