There are two types of tickets: instant - with a unique sign on them and non-instant.
You should receive instant tickets a few minutes after the payment. If it didn't happen, there could be a technical issue, and we are working with the operator on it, or the email address you entered is incorrect.
For non-instant tickets, we provide statistics on the previous bookings with the carrier on your receipt.
Some operators will process the booking during office hours after the successful payment; others issue tickets some days before the trip.
Estimated confirmation time is not a guarantee. It's an average time based on previous purchases.
Roughly, if 100 tickets were confirmed three days before the trip and 100 only a day before, you will see the estimated time as 2 days.
We understand that having the ticket last minute may be stressful, but as we are usually not involved in the process, we won't be able to speed it up.
If there are any updates from the carrier, we will notify you as soon as possible.
