We provide two types of tickets for Sri Lanka Railways to suit your travel needs:
1. Paper Tickets
Our trusted partner secures these tickets at the station on your behalf. Once your ticket is confirmed, you will receive a PDF ticket confirmation via email.
• Confirmation Timeline: Tickets are typically confirmed 30 to 10 days before the departure date.
• Ticket Collection: You can collect your physical train tickets from our partner’s office in Colombo, Sri Lanka, using the PDF voucher.
• Hotel Delivery: If you prefer, we can arrange ticket delivery to your hotel, and it will arrive 1 day before the check-in date. Delivery to cities outside Colombo requires at least 5 days.

The office is easily accessible via Sri Jayawardenapura Parliament Road, the flyover, or Old Rajagiriya Road.
• Ticket pickup is not available on Sundays or Sri Lankan public holidays.
2. E-Tickets (Instant)
These tickets are often the remaining unsold seats from the station’s first day of sales. Once we receive your payment, your e-ticket will be delivered to you within minutes.
