As a result, we are not responsible for the situation or any inconveniences that may arise from these. If the operator did not give prior notice, we cannot be liable for the delays or cancellations.
Refund requests for such cases must be made in person at the station, as we cannot process these requests for you. Additionally, we cannot refund ticket prices or any related fees incurred during the service.
We advise you to check all relevant travel details and departure times in advance to avoid any misunderstandings or issues.
For reimbursement, please contact the ticket counter staff at the departure station and submit a reimbursement form on the day of your travel.
