Internal credits are funds stored in your internal account, which you can receive as a refund option after a cancellation.
These credits can be used to book any tickets or services offered on our website. When you pay with your credits, there are no transaction fees.
Please note:
- Credit amounts are non-transferable and cannot be refunded in cash.
- It is not possible to manually top up the internal account.
To use your credits for a new booking, follow these simple steps:
- Find your preferred route and select your trip.
- Click ‘Book Now’.
- Enter your passenger and contact information at checkout.
- Choose ‘Internal Account’ as your payment method.
Please make sure you are logged in to your account to access and use your credits.
If you do not know the password, press the “Forgot Password?” button and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
