PayPal sometimes takes payments under review, often when it's the first payment to a business.
Reviews may take up to 24 hours. During this time, we will not receive the payment as it's still with PayPal and has not been added to our account.
In such cases, we can't issue the tickets.
Please reach out to PayPal support to investigate when the payment can be processed.
Important notice: Customers can dispute the payment while it is under review. If you do so, your booking will not be confirmed if the transaction is disputed, and you can receive the funds only through their dispute procedure, unless you close it.
