The bank may reject the payment for different reasons:
- The CVV code is entered incorrectly. We recommend enabling dynamic CVV for your card to help protect you if your card is compromised.
dCVV (Dynamic CVV) / dCVV2 – A security code that changes periodically (e.g., every few minutes or hours), often generated via a banking app or displayed on an e-ink screen on the card.
Tokenized CVV—In digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), a unique security code is generated for each transaction instead of a static CVV.
OTP-based CVV – Some banks generate a one-time password (OTP) as a CVV alternative for online transactions.
- The card limits are below the purchase amount. Please ensure your one-time and monthly account limits allow you to purchase the ticket. Otherwise, the transaction will not go through, and your bank may block the account until it confirms the card's use with you.
- Geographic limitations. Some banks allow customers to set geographic limits for their usage. The transaction will be declined if the charge originates from a country not on the allowed list.
We may charge from Thailand, Singapore, or Cyprus, depending on many factors.
Please ensure these countries are allowed.
- Online purchases are not allowed. Some types of bank cards do not allow cardholders to use them for online purchases. Please contact your bank for more details.
- The payment comes from a territory under international sanctions. Such payments can't be accepted in any case. If your country is one of those, we can't help. Please check with your local authorities for more details.
