When you attempt to make a booking and the payment fails, a new booking will be created.
If your booking is unpaid, we might send you a reminder.
We will always send a receipt to your mailbox if we receive the payment.
Please compare the booking number in the notification with the booking number on the receipt.
You might have multiple bookings for the same route with a different status.
You can access your profile's booking list when logged in with your email.
Some banks may take a few seconds up to a few hours to process the payment.
The money can be deducted from you, but it has not reached us. In many cases, they will automatically return the amount to your account.
In very few cases, when you pay with PayPal, they may take it for a review before processing it to us. It usually takes a few hours to a full day (24 hours). If the payment passes the review, we will send you a receipt and confirm the booking with the operator. This process is outside of our control. If it happens, please raise your concerns to PayPal directly.
