There are three ways to receive your train ticket.
- E-tickets do not need to be picked up. You can use them directly from your device.
- The paper tickets can be picked up at our office in Bangkok 12Go Chatuchak Station, delivered to the parcel room in the train station, or delivered to your accommodation on the mainland in Thailand.
- The Photo of the QR ticket. if you select and receive the photo of the ticket, please contact the SRT staff at the train station directly at any ticket counter and ask them to reprint your ticket 2-3 hours prior. Do not need to come to collect the ticket at our office.
