There are four available options:
1. Pickup at 12Go Chatuchak Station
The ticket pick-up point is located inside Metro Mall—Chatuchak Park MRT Station. The ticket is available for pick-up at the counter only three days before the departure date.
Address: Phahonyothin Frontage Rd, Chatuchak, Khet Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900
Open hours: Sun - Sat (09:00-20:00).
Delivery Fee: THB 100
2. Photo of the QR
This option is suitable for groups consisting of a maximum of 5 passengers.
I agree to receive a photo of the QR code and reprint the ticket at the station at least 2 hours before the departure.
Address:
- Exit 3 from MRT Bang Sue station on the left side,
- Gate B any ticket counter.
3. Thailand delivery
EMS is across Thailand's mainland, except for the islands.
Please provide your hotel's name, address, and phone number, as well as your check-in date. Tickets will be delivered to the hotel's reception desk. Please notify the hotel personnel about the forthcoming delivery in advance.
Delivery Fee: THB 100
How to track your EMS delivery:
Once your tickets are dispatched, you will receive a 13 digit Thailand Post EMS tracking number (example: EF582568151TH) by email.
- Open https://track.thailandpost.co.th
- Enter the tracking number from your email.
- Click Search to view the latest delivery status.
If the tracking number does not appear on the site yet, please try again in a few hours. Thailand Post usually updates the record within 24 hours of dispatch.
Please also note:
- Refunds can no longer be processed once the tickets have been dispatched.
- 12Go cannot take responsibility for parcels once they are with EMS.
- If the tickets are lost in transit or need to be changed after dispatch, the only option is to issue new tickets.

We do not ship to islands in Thailand due to numerous lost tickets.
4. Pickup at the parcel room located inside the Railway Station.
The ticket pickup point is at the parcel room located inside the Railway Station.
