If you booked non-instant tickets, you will need to pick up your paper tickets at our Chatuchak Station counter, or we can post them to you. You cannot board the train with the PDF voucher; you must present the actual paper tickets.
However, if you booked an e-ticket, it will be sent to your email, and you can board the train using the e-ticket on your device.
If you received a photo of the ticket QR code, you will not be able to board the train with it. You must first reprint the ticket at the train station’s ticket counter.
