For an e-ticket, you will receive the ticket immediately once you have booked the reservation successfully. So, you can use it from your device.
If you purchased a paper ticket (Thai Railways), we can deliver it to your hotel (mainland), the parcel room at the departure station, or you can pick it up at the 12Go Chatuchak Station in Bangkok if you are there before your trip.
