When you receive a notification from us, the money will have already left our account and will be on its way to you.
Refunds issued within 24 hours of payment for bank cards may not be shown on your statement as a separate transaction. The banks usually cancel the original charge.
For partial refunds, the money usually takes a few hours to a few days to reach a debit card account.
Please check the policies with your provider if you used a credit card.
PayPal usually processed refunds instantly. So, if you received a notification, you should be all set.
Our team will manually issue payments for non-refundable payment methods like Dragonpay, Gcash, Thai QR, etc. Depending on the number of pending requests, this may take some time. Afterward, it's up to the payment processor to finalize it.
We do not control the process after the refund is issued from our end.
