If you mistakenly purchased the ticket for the same trip more than once, you can apply for a double-booking refund.
For the booking to be considered a double booking, the following has to be true:
1. The operator's name for the trip is the same in both bookings.
2. The route, class, and departure dates and times are the same.
3. The number of passengers and their details are the same.
4. The contact details (email, phone) entered for both bookings are identical.
5. The operator has not issued the tickets with different seat numbers.
A standard cancellation policy will apply if at least one condition is not met.
